Nothing seems happier than a field of yellow sunflowers.  Some of the best sunflower fields I have seen are in Europe, where they grow huge and smiling. Usually the fields are accompanied by a backdrop of patchwork hills, making the scene even more idyllic and fanciful--straight out of a story book!
